LocalAreaSearch.com is a UK-based service that provides local area reports for English postcodes — crime, schools, transport and amenities, delivered as a PDF.

• Your email address — so we can deliver your paid PDF report.
• The postcode you search — so we can generate the report.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Basic analytics — page visits and device type via standard cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies.

• To deliver the PDF report you've paid for.
• To process your payment securely through Stripe.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not use your email address for marketing.

Your email address and the postcodes you search may be stored temporarily so we can fulfil your order and re-send your report if needed. Payment data is never stored on our servers — Stripe handles all of that for us.

We share only what's necessary, with two providers:

• Stripe — for payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Our email delivery provider — so we can send your report.

We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for marketing.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Object to how we use it.
