Terms of service

A free preview of local area data for any English postcode, and a paid £15.99 PDF report covering crime, schools, transport and amenities. The report is emailed to the address you provide at checkout.

Payment is handled by Stripe. The price is £15.99 per report, charged once. We do not see or store your card details.

Reports are delivered by email within a few minutes of payment. If you don't receive your report, contact us and we'll resend it.

Because reports are generated and delivered instantly, refunds are at our discretion. If your report failed to deliver, was empty, or contained obviously broken data, email us and we'll either resend it or refund you in full.

Reports are compiled from official public sources (see our data sources). We present the data as supplied. It's general area information only and is not a substitute for professional property, legal or financial advice. Don't rely on it as the sole basis for buying, renting or investing in a property.

You may use reports for your own personal or business decisions. You may not scrape the site, resell reports, or use them in any way that breaches UK law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will always show the current version.
